    Market Study
    Timisoara
    Description
    This multicriterial study of Timisoara was commissioned by ImoCONTROL, the real estate company part of the Subcontrol group, and was prepared for the Austrian company Redserve GmbH. The study reached, among other focus points elaborated in the charts and the drawings, the following subjects:

    - relation between Timisoara and the other major cities of Romania,

    - population density by zones and districts,

    - unemployment rate by gender,

    - transportation in Timisoara (public transportation and the existing commuting points,

    - city zoning trends focused upon the real estate opportunities such as residential, office, retail and leisure in Timisoara.

    All the elements mentioned in the study are based upon exact figures.
