This is the company main activity which may be noticed in our latest additions to the website. Most of our architectural projects are, due to the economy’s growth, in the realm of the residential and industrial planning.

In nowadays Romania, the way most architectural offices act as General Planers lacks a consequent and coherent planning procedure. To inshore the quality demanded by our clients, and also to overcome the lack of communication during a project, we developed partnerships and contacts to external design teams and offices cowering in this way most of the upcoming issues of a project.

Our built environment often shows projects which lacks in functionality due to a doubtful aesthetics. Our office’s target is to create high quality projects which offer the client the best functional and representative solution for the building.

One can say that the lack of Urban Planning is felt, especially in the last 5 years, all over the country. Towns and rural areas flourish due to major investments, but the lack of a coherent mechanism and a clear set of laws and measures raise a whole new problem to the developer and to the communities. This is the environment which dominates the real-estate market nowadays and we must have in mind that after Romania’s recent acceptance into the European Union there will be more investments, partially with European funds, in the infrastructure and as well into public and private sector.

Most of the Towns and Villages Master plans are out of date, and most of the rural areas do not have a development plans. In the Towns the functional scheme of the outdated master plans does not reflect anymore the social and economical needs of today’s life.

This is the context in which we plan and keep up the same care and the same principles as in the detailed architectural planning process: respect for the Client’s needs, for the Community, the Public Good and last but not least, the Environment.

Alternate aproaches are often useful during the difrent phases of a project, besides the mandatory documentation for the building permit.
